“Great service printing was quality and hole punched too which was an option I went for. The parcel arrived on time if not earlier. Very happy with it all and so easy to use. Thanks”

“very disappointed, terrible service. upload many documents and they were print as "continuous", without any logic. Now I have more than 500 pages of rubbish, and they cannot even help. I'll definitely use another service.”

Hi Alice, Thanks for your review. As stated on live chat this afternoon we have printed your order in line with what you selected at check out. The option to “print as a continuous document” was selected rather than “start each file on a new page”. The spec you chose would have been reflected to you on the online previewer and therefore we cannot arrange a reprint or refund as per our terms and conditions, sorry about that. “This printing service is excellent. Needed some cards for my toddler and since the artwork was all letter size and A4 just ordered A4 sheets on 350GSM matt paper and used a trimmer to cut them up. I have to say the print quality is superb. I needed good quality and not perfection so the not so elegant edges after using the trimmer will do. I just placed my second order today and no doubt many more will follow.”
