“I called and said I wanted some sheets laminated but the website was a bit unclear how to select this. After explaining that I wanted laminated sheet as if I was using a normal laminator, the person explained how to select this. Laminated was a plastic film over the top of my prints! Perfect. they arrived and it was no more than a piece of paper with a shine on it after calling and getting a very unhelpful and patronising person on the phone I was told I needed to order encapsulated. I explained that this means nothing to the general public and if you order laminated you expect to get what you would if you used a laminator and laminating pouches. I was told it wasnt her fault I didnt know what I was ordering and it clearly states the difference. After having a look it isnt clear and stated that laminating is a clear plastic film over your print outs. Which to every day people is what a laminator does. I am annoyed that its is misleading but I am fuming about the way I was treated like an idiot for not knowing the difference. You dont go to currys and buy an ecapsulator and encapsulating punches do you.”

As advised on live chat and on the phone, lamination and encapsulation are 2 different products/finishes. We explain the differences on the product pages, help articles and tool tips (as per your screen shot of the website). We are sorry that you did not notice this before placing the order. On this occasion we have printed as per your specification, loose sheets with matt lamination and as per our terms and conditions we cannot provide a reprint or refund. “It’s good enough, but when it arrived the binding was already coming loose. Still good enough for what I wanted after I corrected the binding. Hopefully it’ll last!”

“I won't be using any other printing company! I have used doxzoo multiple times now and not only are the prices far better that many other printing companies, but the quality is superb. I consistently have customers telling me how impressed they are the quality of my prints. It's a really simple system to upload artwork and proof. Only twice have I had the odd little glitch in my prints; things being off centered or text merging, but this has always been really quickly resolved by customer service and new prints sent out very quickly - so I can't complain at all. Highly recommend.”

“very disappointed, terrible service. upload many documents and they were print as "continuous", without any logic. Now I have more than 500 pages of rubbish, and they cannot even help. I'll definitely use another service.”

Hi Alice, Thanks for your review. As stated on live chat this afternoon we have printed your order in line with what you selected at check out. The option to “print as a continuous document” was selected rather than “start each file on a new page”. The spec you chose would have been reflected to you on the online previewer and therefore we cannot arrange a reprint or refund as per our terms and conditions, sorry about that.
