Hi Julie, Thank you for your review and recent order. We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail did not deliver your package on your estimated delivery date. It despatched on the 27th Feb as advised on your order confirmation and despatch confirmation emails. However please note that all Royal Mail 1st class delivery dates are estimated and subject to local delivery delays. “Easy to upload files Cheap (I got 2 A5 book with 66 pages for less than £9, including devivery) (other places I looked at were charging between £25 and £120 for the same thing) I had made my cover elsewhere and couldn’t find a way to use it as the front cover which meant I had to have white covers - this was really annoying! Good quality Good devivery time”

“The online service is great, but the print was just average. The quality of the image was fine but the booklet was very loosely stapled and was even cute straight so images that were full spread weren't inline. Bit disappointed with it.”

“Always very fast and professional! The book cover designer is a little Awkward to use. There were a few blotches on pages from the printing, however, as the printings were for personal reference this was not a big concern”

“Ridiculous parcel/postage charges: a 300 page document requires at most £2.40 in postage and the envelope it went in only 20p more. So charging people over £8 for this service is truly unacceptable. these”

We offer full transparency by detailing the production charge (if applicable), packing cost and delivery cost during checkout. This allows customers to make an informed choice before placing an order with us. We do also offer free UK courier delivery on all orders over £25, which proves to be very popular. The packaging used depends on the size and weight of the items ordered.
