Hi Patrick, Thank you for your feedback and recent order. We are due to launch our new website soon, which will run over HTTPS and be SSL secure. Thank you for sticking with us during this transitional period. Rest assured however that all of our payments are handled by PayPal and WorldPay. Both of which do have an SSL certificate and are securely encrypted. As payment is handled by PayPal and WorldPay directly, Doxzoo does not view or store any card payment details. “The books that arrived were not of acceptable quality: the covers were faulty. However, Doxzoo have offered to reprint my order free of charge, and I haven’t had to send the faulty books back. I also had a few issues with the files that I sent as well: it wasn’t obvious from the website that fonts needed to be embedded in the pdf that I created. Lucy in Sales was very helpful when I rang up.”
