“Really easy to book, very helpful as we had to call because we were hiring a flat bed vehicle transporter. Weymouth branch were excellent as always, vehicle was ready to go and we had no problems at all, wild definitely use them again”

“Everything perfect except the punitive and scary £1500 excess because of an SP30, which couldn’t be reduced.”

Apologies for the slow reply but thank you for your review. Points/endorsements can effect whether we are able to offer waivers which reduce your excess down. This can change depending on how many points you have/what they were for. However, in the end we must follow what our insurance permits. Apologies for the inconvenience .

“My moving time plans had changed and needed the van early Saturday morning. Dropped in Friday afternoon to see if it would be possible to collect the van there and then. They managed to move things around and 5 minutes later I was driving the van away. First class customer service which is in short supply these days”

“Great service with an easy hiring process. The van I hired was well maintained and clean inside, it was a pleasure to drive to London and back to move house. The staff I spoke to on the phone and in person were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be using again when I need to hire another vehicle”
