“Front passenger tyre needed to be inflated and was plugged, no information regarding tyre pressure on the door frame in PSI only Bars. No manual with car, not much information given by assistant when asked questions relating to switches and controls of the vehicle. Overall the service regarding the hire transaction was excellent, quick and fast. Would highly recommend.”

Unfortunately, we do not send any of our vehicles out with the manuals as they tend to 'go missing'. Did you ring the 08000 51 52 53 number and speak to maintenance for help with the tyre pressure? “The staff at Dorchester were very polite and helpful. They sorted me a van very quickly at short notice. The van drove well and did the job I needed but it had a lot of panel damage, was not sign written and I felt it was a little expensive.”

“We had a great experience at Dorset vehicle Rentals. The van we had requested was clean and well maintained and was just what we needed at a fair price. The only issue was that the AdBlue warning light came on during the rental. Not a big issue but I would have expected the level to have been checked before the rental. As we had to cover quite a distance, it would have been useful to have satnav enabled although it was easy enough to connect my phone.”

“Fantastic friendly service from the entire team. Quick and easy to pick up and drop off. The van ran smoothly and I had no issues during the hire period. My only suggestion would be supply the vehicle fully fuelled makes it a lot easier to return with the same amount of fuel provided.”

“Very helpful team. Two problems: 1. The floor of the cab was cleaned with a slippery substance whci made using the clutch difficult until I cleaned it with white spirit. 2. The radio did not work at all.”

“A bit of confusion using the website led to an error booking but this was soon sorted out on arrival. Van was clean and ready to go. Everything I needed to know was quickly explained. Returning van was straightforward. Price was reasonable. Would use again.”
