“My partner and I like Dorset Tea. We drink enough of the Sunshine Blend to make it worth ordering a couple of the large packs of 1100 teabags each year. We like the flavour of the blend a lot.”

“I really like the product. The individually packaged tea bags are great for my holiday let. Sadly on this occasion the company has been let down by their couriers Evri. Evri have twice sent out a date and time for delivery but failed to deliver on both occasions. I have not been given an explanation. In future I will use another supplier that does not rely on Evri as its courier.”

“love your tea but after placing an order with you last week, we noticed that the postcode was incorrect - not sure how this happeed but we tried to contact you. Your phone would not take messages (box full) and you did not reply to e mails. Eventually we contacted Aimia Fulfilment who were fantastic, got in touch with Evri and when the packet could not be located sent us a replaced free of charge. At least they know the meaning of customer service.”

“I haven’t received my order and despite emailing Dorset tea twice, I haven’t had a response. I’m really disappointed with the service and lack of customer care. I won’t be shopping with them again!”
