“I wasn't sure if I could replace my 40 year old 5 lever Chubb mortice lock like for like so I didn't have to carry out major surgery on my door to get a replacement to fit. A ten minute phone call to one of your knowledgeable and pleasant staff ensured the new lock fitted with minimal work so I'm more than happy I chose your company to order from.
