“Great service - items delivered when they said, and in perfect condition. Wide range of handles in stock, found some that I ordered 10 years ago and didn’t expect to get a direct match after this time, but Doorfit had them... delighted!”

“My apologies, the below review was placed in error for a company that had a similar name. In fact the order placed for the postbox arrived within the stated time, as described. I received a phone call from a representative of DoorFit to understand the issue following my original review which shows real attention to customer comments and service. Thank you for the call”

We have tried to contact this customer to clarify what has happened with this order but haven't received a response. We received one order from this customer which was dispatched overnight and delivered. We haven't received a second order and wonder if an error may have occurred here because the customer refers to a 'partner site'. We don't have any partner sites so I can only conclude this wasn't us. “Finding genuine ‘Gridlock’ fire door latches had proved difficult so delighted to have found them on Doorfit. Arrived within a few days and well packaged. Same price as inferior alternatives I had tried. Would definitely use again .”
