“Most of the kids weren’t entertained.”

“I was informed that entertainer would be ready and waiting to great birthday boy at 2:50 however was not ready until a 2 mins before party. A few participants click the link and wasn’t able to join access to the party 5 mins before party time of 3pm. All of the participants was not muted therefore the voices was being heard which wasn’t acceptable. Some of the same my choices was dated and the kids didn’t even know them let alone some of the parents.”

“We had a 45 minute magic party. Great concept and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Crazy Chris was very energetic and engaged well with the kids. It really felt like they were together and lovely for everyone to see each other. Unfortunately we could not see some of the guests and didn’t know they even joined in until viewing the recording. I think there may be some screen setting as other guests said they could see them but this could have perhaps been sorted out/ checked before start of party. Also, we didn’t get let in before party started so didn’t have much time to get bearings and find out what was going to occur. It would be good for all the children to get mentioned/named/praised as it’s easily done and is a fine substitute for prizes. It maybe that Chris couldn’t see the other guests either as he didn’t name any of them. A good time though and a lot of good feedback from other parents.”

“Generally the children had a good time. However there were parts that seemed a bit slow and lost the interest of some children, my daughter included.”

“Website very easy to use and when I called for help they were super helpful. The equipment was very good, great sound and lights but the DJ wasn't great at getting the girls excited or dancing. Could have been more energetic.”

“It was a good party. Children enjoyed themselves but compared to other dna party that I have been ( the entertainer now is a law student) it wasn’t as involved. The set up was good.”

“Magic Miday was amazing g but we had 25 kids and it was too many for one guy!!!!!”

“I have ordered heroes pirates and princesses party. The party was okay. nothing special or outstanding. Although, for the price that I paid I've expected more. We had a bouncy castle there too and the entertainer struggled or was not entertaining enough for the kids to get involved. The party was okay like I've said but seems overpriced.”

“The party people were detained in traffic and were late which made the experience very stressful. Due to the late start we had to try and fit everything in which meant that we didn’t really experience the winter wonderland theme of the party. We didn’t have all of the favourite songs played which was surprising because there were only 3 of them listed. I thought the UV pack wasn’t very bright, and there was no contact between paying for the party and the actual day .”

“Good concept. I think our entertainer underestimated what a fit and sporty group of 9/10 year olds he had so some of the Gabe’s could have been more appropriate for example the relay would have been better over a much bigger distance. He did his best but there was too long setting up between games and I honestly think if you are saying up to 28 kids there should be a second person helping. My son still had a fantastic time so thank you”

“Our Halloween Children's Party went well with very good attendance of parents and children alike. The entertainment was good but the entertainer did lose the children's interest in parts. This comment was expressed by quite a few of the parents. The entertainer did appear to play music without much input from quite a few of the children but thank goodness he gained interest when he was more interactive with the children by way of game playing. We have therefore provide acceptable for these reasons. To obtain a good more interactive games are needed. Thank you.”

“We had an absolute fantastic time. The only negative we have is the songs I requested for my sons 5th birthday were not played. And I asked to do like traditional party dances - ‘music man’ etc this did not happen. But the kids still had an amazing time. We would use again.”

“The party was good, and the children liked it, but I expected a little more in terms of Unicorn theme for the price I paid, and more games and prices. Found one of the members of the team a little nervous and not as confident as I would have expected. The contact with the office and booking of the party was fast, easy and effective, but the actual party did not live up to my high expectations, I have used other companies in the past which I think had better children's engagement and therefor better value for money.”

“Tom was great, kept kids entertained throughout and showed up on time very keen. Disappointed he only played 1 of the mentioned songs our child liked and that he did not come back in with my £5 change but did come back to hand leaflets...”

“Our twins had a Superhero and Princess Party this year after a Cool Kids Party last year from DNA. The children enjoyed the party and the entertainer organised numerous games. One element I wasn't totally happy with was that only some children were rewarded for the challenges and received a certificate. Sadly we had tears as they are only 5 years old and each one had a go at the limbo but only some were chosen to be rewarded...... Overall a great party and i would recommend DNA.”

“We've had a few DNA parties but this one was disappointing. Laser disco - music good and entertainer arrived on time but very little interaction with the kids, no atmosphere and no games.”
