“Our entertainer wasn’t able to capture kids attention. About 40% of kids moved into the second room and were playing by themselves.”

“Just briefly wanted to note that the DJ allocated to my daughters party was called at the last minute as the original one was not able to carry out the party. This resulted in the DJ not having the playlist ready that my daughter had selected and not being properly prepared. This was no fault of her own, this was disappointing as we paid quite a bit of money for the DJ. I wouldn't use DNA again which is a shame!”

“I was asking, and thought I had booked a magic show. I was told there will be a section of disco. However the party was mainly disco with a very short time magic show. It was very disappointing as it was not what I had booked... I feel I have been mislead.”

Our Magic, Disco & Games Party has an element of disco and party games for 1 hour and then a magic show, which completes the remainder of the party after your food break. “The party entertainer was a lovely young man but he struggled to keep the kids engaged throughout the party. It was difficult to understand all of what he was saying and the birthday boys were not kept at the centre of the party as much as I would have expected. I have been to parties by the company before but with a different entertainer who kept the kids engaged and under control at all times and this is why I booked with the company. Unfortunately the poor young man didn’t have enough presence to up hold the party at all times he seemed to struggle a little. That being said he was very friendly and approachable through out the party. Unfortunately it wasn’t a patch in previous parties from your company.”
