“We were very pleased with the quality of the Carron bath panels we ordered and the ease of ordering. I would have given 5 stars if there had been better tracking of the delivery.”

“Purchased a lovely sink for an amazing price. I contacted DKB a few times by phone as I had some queries. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always answered quickly and professionally. I hope to purchase from them again and have recommended them to family and friends”

“The product as received is fine but its durability is poor. I bought two because I’ve had to replace it numerous times since it was installed. The service from DKB Elegance was excellent which meant we were only one day without a flushable toilet.h G Gracie”

“I followed the instructions to the letter regarding using silicon cement as well as the sticky pads supplied - it still fell off the wall. There are screw holes, my advice is to screw it on. That said, I’ve just stayed in a hotel which has these, obviously I looked at what they’d done and they’ve used some kind of glue. Presumably not the stuff supplied.”
