“The product as received is fine but its durability is poor. I bought two because I’ve had to replace it numerous times since it was installed. The service from DKB Elegance was excellent which meant we were only one day without a flushable toilet.h G Gracie”

“I followed the instructions to the letter regarding using silicon cement as well as the sticky pads supplied - it still fell off the wall. There are screw holes, my advice is to screw it on. That said, I’ve just stayed in a hotel which has these, obviously I looked at what they’d done and they’ve used some kind of glue. Presumably not the stuff supplied.”
