“Terrible. Don't buy. The squeegee is made of a stiff material which means it squeaks when using and is pretty ineffective at removing the water.”

“I bought a sink Como 100 titan grey I needed it urgently as I was having my work tops measured with cancellation penalty 150£ .This wasn’t a problem for DKB they went out off their way to sort a sink at short notice also to me were the cheapest and so obliging picked it up same day saved delivery costs and penalty good solid sink looks great”

We recommend customers get in touch with us to bring any issues to our attention. On this occasion we found out about the problem via this review. We then immediately forwarded the instructions on how to prime the pump in case this was the issue. We also arranged for 2 spare pumps to be sent to the customer. Hoping this resolved any problems with this 5* product.
