The order process was fine but the delivery was a bit slow and the communication could have been better.

Delivery was slow. Updates on order progress were also slow - took over 24 hours to respond to an email enquiry.

Unfortunately the fan is faulty so I have informed DKB via email and spoken to a representative to lodge the fault. I’ve requested reimbursement of purchase and await DKB response for a return label so I am able to return the goods.

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. It looks like you missed the diagram on the website product page which shows the sizes, but we are pleased that you have nevertheless found this item to be suitable. The delivery according to our records was 6 working days, so well within our quoted timescales. Regards Mick DKB

I followed the instructions to the letter regarding using silicon cement as well as the sticky pads supplied - it still fell off the wall. There are screw holes, my advice is to screw it on. That said, I’ve just stayed in a hotel which has these, obviously I looked at what they’d done and they’ve used some kind of glue. Presumably not the stuff supplied.

Package arrived on time, packaging sufficed. Cannot comment on the tap itself as our kitchen is not yet complete.

Good service from the retailer, but was a little surprised to find the hot water handle came lose almost immediately and I had o pack out the fitting with silver foil! Also not the best when using with a gravity feed hot water system. I am reasonably informed from my plumber that these are designed for sale systems!

Miller product good very good quality. A small problem with a screw/washer & cap issue partially resolved by DKB. On second approach not overly helpful so went to Miller UK directly who were 1st class.

Product price was good. I ordered cooker hood and recirculating filter. The filters were unboxed and put in with the cooker hood box to save sending 2 packages or using an even bigger box. One of the filters was lightly damaged in transit, I superglued the piece that was damaged back in place. The order status and update process needs work. I had to email sales to find out when my product was due to ship.

Ordered a Soap dispenser to replace a similar one. Very freidly staff arrived within the 3 - 5 working days as promised by courier. However Courier just opened our front porch and left it without ringing the bell or knocking. although we were at home and have cctv covering the front. Have had similar experiences from the same courier in the past. Not a courier to recommend. Hence 3 stars
