“Excellent communication. Always answered the phone and very helpful. Delivery speedy and Samsung S9 phone immaculate - suspect it had never been used. Decided to upgrade to an S9+ instead and all handled with no problems at all. Didn't even have to go through the faff of a refund - just had to pay the extra. Prices are excellent. A very good firm to deal with.”
