“This the first time I have bought anything from District Electricals. I must admit I was a bit concerned when they described the microwave as perfect but with damaged packaging but my concerns were unfounded. The microwave arrived in perfect condition, precisely at the time promised, and was without doubt the most protected thing I have ever received by courier - I now have enough bubble wrap and foam to last me years! The service provided by this supplier is utterly superb, their communications are first class, the people on their phones are friendly and polite, and their prices simply cannot be beaten. Next time I need a household electrical item I know where I will look first and I suggest you give Distric Electricals a try!”

“Ordered a Bosch cordless vacuum as a first-time customer from District Electricals on 6th Dec. It was the cheapest price for the product I could find (£100 cheaper than John Lewis even with the £10 delivery charge, and a newer model than the equivalent on Amazon). Easy to order, paid with Paypal, and it arrived promptly in good condition on 8th Dec, about 36 hours later. I don't know what other people expect when ordering online, but for me it can't really get any better than that, so well done and thank you District Electricals.”

“very good service, straight forward ordering - acknowledgement of order and details of expected delivery , I received the email on the delivery day and the time of delivery. Only major complaint when I ordered I included delivery instructions if I was not at home at the time of delivery. These instructions did not appear on th acknowledgement invoice, neither were these instructions passed on to the delivery driver. As it happens I was at home but it could have been a major problem if I had been out. I did ask the delivery driver if he had received any instructions for if I was out and he had no knowledge of any instructions. Otherwiser I was pleased with the service and would. Probably use your company again.”
