very good service, straight forward ordering - acknowledgement of order and details of expected delivery , I received the email on the delivery day and the time of delivery. Only major complaint when I ordered I included delivery instructions if I was not at home at the time of delivery. These instructions did not appear on th acknowledgement invoice, neither were these instructions passed on to the delivery driver. As it happens I was at home but it could have been a major problem if I had been out. I did ask the delivery driver if he had received any instructions for if I was out and he had no knowledge of any instructions. Otherwiser I was pleased with the service and would. Probably use your company again.
