“I judge a company by resolving issues with a product when things don't go as expected with a purchase. In my case a set up problem. District Electrical staff were excellent in this respect and provided 100% quality customer service. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“The TV was delivered within two days of ordering, unpacked and powered up... but not installed, by the delivery team. Generally better service than I would have expected from one of the "big retailers", indeed experienced previously. The TV is a "grey import", exactly the same as one originally destined for the UK market, except that it has been redirected from an Eastern European country, at a much lower consumer cost, some £600~£1,000 less expensive compared to an "official" UK authorised dealer. The standard warranty is unaffected as it is provided by the manufacturer in the country of purchase, in addition to UK statutory consumer rights. District Electricals' response time was excellent, replying to email questions within hours of submission, "official" retailers took days and in a couple of cases, well over one week to respond to the same initial questions. All retailer responses were either inaccurate, non committal, automated or "call us". So, paying a lot more for a product just because the retailer is "authorised" has no perceived advantage as their staff are unable to answer simple product questions and appear to have no other inherent benefits.”

“Very impressed with the customer service. I called ahead to check stock on a TV that was listed as out of stock, they told me they'll check the warehouse stock and found another one - updated the website almost immediately. Even after ordering, they were prompt in replying e-mails - even on a Sunday! Really happy with the service and will definitely use district electicals again, and recommend it to everyone!”

“Haven’t actually opened the tv box yet as moving next week but would definitely recommend the company! Rebecca was extremely helpful with organising delivery. She even measured the tv box for us prior to purchase so we could ensure it would fit. The delivery was timely and two hour slot meant we didn’t have to wait in all day. Arrived 6 days after purchase.”

“Fantastic service and great prices. Friendly helpful staff as I had to to speak with them via a telephone conversation in regards to delivery date would be even better if a delivery date was able to be given when ordering items. My order arrived 2 days after It was placed and arrived in an in blemished condition. Thank you for this service I will definitely use your company again.”

“Very happy with all stages of the purchase and delivery and the way they delivered at a time suitable for me. I can' recall the driver's name but was personally delivered by the owner and he was very happy to un-pack while I inspected the LG 65 inch OLED tv and then connect, power up and demonstrate the product. Also price was cheaper than mainstream retailers and no extra for the set up unlike £45 it would cost from a well known competitor.”
