“Very happy with my new smart TV and happy with the price however I'm not happy with the delivery company as I had to pay £19.99 and it was late... I had to wait over a week for it when I should have received it within 5 working days. Will definitely visit District Electricals again but will not buy anything that I have to pay postage on !!! Customer service was very prompt and very helpful thank you.”

“My hoover arrived on time as stated. Saved 100 quid from shops. Advert said there may be scuff marks but it was as new. Love my dyson v6 thankyou and the order slot was within a 1 hour window notified in the morning”

“I am very impressed with this company & it takes a lot to impress me these days.. The website itself is very easy to use. I had a microwave delivered to my mums address & was informed of a one hour time slot which was really appreciated. The guy who did the delivery was excellent & placed the microwave out of my elderley mum's way till I could collect. The goods were extremely well packaged. The microwave is fab & does everything it should & was extremely well priced, the cheapest around. I will certainly visit their website again for any purchases & would recommend them to all who appreciate excellent customer service.”

“Really happy with the TV I purchased at a great price. My wife didn't want to upgrade to a 42inch HD TV but now I can't get her away from the thing!!! Only negative re the service was the fact that I was left a message after 8pm on Sunday to say the TV was being delivered between 9.30 and 11.00 on Monday with no contact number left!! My wife and I were away for the weekend and had no. Hand of being home at that time with such ridiculously short notice. TV was left 5 doors down the road with a "neighbour" I'd never met, so disappointed with this delivery service However great TV, great price”

“I recently bought a Dyson cordless and I quickly received confirmation of the order and a delivery date. I was contacted by the delivery company with a time slot and they were true to their word.
