“I found that the order was dispatched quickly, and I was kept well informed about delivery, carrier and eta of goods to my home. The only downside was that I requested a call back to order, rather than ordering online, which I never received. Otherwise, everything was, and is fine.”

“District Electricals was the most reasonable of all the advertised retailers for the speaker which i bought. It arrived the next working day and is almost as described. I say almost because it was described as used and ‘as new’ but it was very dusty and needed a good clean. I was swayed towards this company as reviews seem to indicate they are as good as their wird on customer relations. I have been promised a 12 month guarantee so i hope i dont have to put their promises to the test. I am persuaded that they will be as good as their word So far i am very satisfied”

“Excellent service and TV arrived promptly and is great - a real bargain. The only issue I had, which is not directly the fault of DE was with the delivery. Despite stating that it should be left with a neighbour, who was in all day and was never knocked, the parcel was left outside my door in a communal block of flats, the packaging clearly showing it was a TV. Fortunately my neighbour noticed and took it in.”
