“Goods fine and well priced. Ordering easy on line and by phone. The 1 hour delivery slot worked well with the first delivery but I never got the email for the second delivery, neither tracking number nor time slot.”

“Very happy with my new smart TV and happy with the price however I'm not happy with the delivery company as I had to pay £19.99 and it was late... I had to wait over a week for it when I should have received it within 5 working days. Will definitely visit District Electricals again but will not buy anything that I have to pay postage on !!! Customer service was very prompt and very helpful thank you.”

“Really happy with the TV I purchased at a great price. My wife didn't want to upgrade to a 42inch HD TV but now I can't get her away from the thing!!! Only negative re the service was the fact that I was left a message after 8pm on Sunday to say the TV was being delivered between 9.30 and 11.00 on Monday with no contact number left!! My wife and I were away for the weekend and had no. Hand of being home at that time with such ridiculously short notice. TV was left 5 doors down the road with a "neighbour" I'd never met, so disappointed with this delivery service However great TV, great price”

“Delighted with the product, the service and the timely delivery. Was a little concerned when after placing order received a message to ensure that I was aware that the packaging was damaged, but the TV is perfect. 2 screws were missing from the stand assembly but 1 phone call and the missing items received in next day post.”

“The web site was confusing at first as it did not have a space for my address and then asked me to put in details more than once, so I gave up. Second time round it was easy to manipulate, even for a computer duffer. The TV was delivered within 2 days and is working perfectly. I now need to order a bit of kit called a dongle to get the smart bit going.”
