“Not up to your usual standard I am afraid. In the electrical industry a whole week from order to delivery is too long and leaves us with a customer bending our ear about finishing times and us having to make repeat visits or carry more van stock.”

“The company and products are ok. However, the stress caused by the clowns at DHL not only failing to deliver on two separate days, they then delivered to a property 400 metres away and the package was found by chance days later after having been out in the rain.”

“Fantastic company,I bought 7 light fittings and they were delivered very quickly. I had a problem down the line with one of the fittings,I emailed them to inform them of the problem and they sent me a replacement next day and free of charge. Can’t get any better than that.”
