A long delay in the order being completed.....but Andy in the office was very helpful indeed; friendly; polite and obliging.

One of the PVC Trunking was damaged just as well I did not need the part that was damaged. Lip for clipping cover on was broken about 18 inches. Only thing that was good it arrived the next day.

Order placed on a Monday. Out of stock items delayed the order being sent out. I received the order Friday. Notification was sent about the out of stock item by email. A phone call would be better as this would / could avoid delays in the delivery of any future orders...

Useless service from DPD! Supposed to deliver Friday so I cancelled and rearranged my diary only for DPD to skip delivery with a "Sorry we missed you..." text. No you didn't miss me - I was in and waiting for you, you couldn't be bothered! I was watching you on line and I was delivery 32 and you were on delivery 30 when the text arrived. You simply skipped me. Hopeless performance from DPD. Use a different courier - this lot are useless.

Item was as described, however it was only AFTER I had placed the order that I discovered that I could have saved £7 postage if I had spent a few additional quid on something else!? Which was frustrating - especially as there is no option for a cheaper slower option. I didn’t need to receive the item the next day, but the only option was the expensive courier service.

Hi Wendy, Thankyou for your input, we are looking at cheaper shipment options, currently all deliveries leave on a next working day service as standard and any orders over £50.00 plus vat are free, Regards, Andy.

Generally, the products are of good value and speedy delivery. but the thing that I am not happy about is that I ordered 20mm conduit boxes that did not come with the lids and screws. All other companies sell this as a complete unit. 40 years in the trade, and first to come across this. The advertisment is not clear that the lids and screws need to be purchased separately. I will need to order again to finish off the job.

Ordered several MK Metal-Clad back boxes (1-Gang and 2-Gang) and associated Blanks. Disappointed the 1-Gang back boxes I received ARE NOT compatible with the Blanks (was no other choice available with knock-outs). 2-Gang boxes and blanks are compatible! Not worth returning the 1-Gang boxes and reordering as costs for the return and postage etc. doesn’t make it worth it! Will buy a switch and box complete cheaper elsewhere and just use the box!!

Although the man was very friendly and helpful the part was not the right one. I had asked for specific things to be checked but It was not correct but I was told it was. I have been told I will get a refund

I was a little surprised that I was able to place an order, paid for delivery and then receive an email to say the items were out of stock and would be delayed, however I did eventually receive my items which are all working.

Being in the electrical installation trade, pricing is very important however when my order was delivered late this has a massive knock on effect with my working week, and the customer who was waiting for me to install the products. When I stated I needed next day delivery, this should have happened …. If the carrier you use can’t keep this promise then don’t say it will be !

Goods were delivered promptly but left outside door although people were in to receive them. Instructions accompanying goods were incomplete and further assistance was needed online before the gadget could be installed.

shop4electrical were very helpful and supplied the items ordered, the only problem was the delivery firm, Fedex, they should have delivered on 6/12/22, but did not bother loading it on the courier van, after that all I got was promises from the office while they did not attempt delivery at the depot, I had to collect it in the afternoon of the 8/12/22 from the depot at Park Royal. shop4electrical are good but rubbish delivery firm. This has cost me in penalties and labour.
