“Initial contact & order process very good. But, oh so let down by delivery. On day of delivery, got email giving hour window. All good. Then got email saying 'sorry we missed you'. Absolute BS, proven by Shop4. Driver delivered to collection point, a Newsagent. I went to collect - heap of parcels on floor by wine. Awful delivery. Will never use Shop4 again.”

“Hasn't come with a plug. Expect to be told it was fitted wrongly if it breaks in warranty. Haven't dared fit one and plug in which is necessary”

Hi Sarah, This product does not come with a plug top as it needs to be fitted to a Switched Spur by an Electrician and really shouldn't be just plugged in, Regards, Andy.
