“Quick delivery. Unfortunately one of the items (ceiling rose) was not shown on website from inside and outside. Outside did not match our requirements, which we only realised after delivery.”

“Why 4 stars. Well, i sourced the 1800mm twin led non corrosive batton from here. Great. Went through checkout..great And then nothing, no confirmation of order. No acknowledgement etc Unusual ? Am i missing something ? Dont know. Then; out of the blue, it gets delivered to a friends house who takes my parcels while im at work. No notice of delivery, nothing. The lifht came pretty quick, its installed now and no complaints there. Im just a bit bemused at lack of communication. Is that the norm with them ? I havnt had an invoice either. So, would i use again ? Dont know,havnt decided. Like i said.. all went well despite me being in the dark ( literally ) Not sure what to think lol. If i had to return for some reason i could forsee potential issues for me finding the order on my pc.”

“Bit of a hiccup initially as it turned out they didn't have the item in stock at their holding warehouse as initially informed. Good and pleasant communication though and prompt dispatch and delivery once it arrived from manufacturer.”
