“The address shown for delivery when I checked my order did not include either my house or street names and I could not find any means to correct it ! Fortunately, our postwoman who was luckily making deliveries in the immediate area and was able to direct the DHL driver on the basis of my name.”

“Ordered Tue AM for next day delivery, called Thur AM as still no shipping notification told it had been 'missed', good service and shipped Thur AM, DHL lost package so not delivered Fri, eventually (after faffing) delivered Tue PM, not impressed by shipping but product worked perfectly and well packaged.”

“Prompt next day delivery but unfortunately the item was faulty and they wouldn't send out a replacement or refund until they received the faulty one back. This was delayed due to the weather which I understand but as it was the first order placed with them and items are obviously not quality checked before dispatch we won't be ordering again. 2 stars given for prompt delivery and polite customer service staff but overall experience unsatisfactory.”

“I bought a Dimplex Coldwatcher 1000. I can't complain about the store as the purchase was straightforward and delivery was quick. However, the heater is absolutely useless. For £83, you can get yourself far better than that. It won't heat anything except maybe a very very small garden shed if you're lucky and it goes on and off intermittently which I presume is the stupid door open detection, FFS!. Admittedly I have put this in the new garage (on full heat 24/7) and although the garage is not small, I'm not expecting it to be roasting warm, but this thing does nothing. The box has a sticker inside saying call us before returning the item. I can only assume that they have had a fair amount of returns. Seriously it's utter rubbish, do not waste money on this product. I thought I was buying quality and always pay more to get decent stuff that lasts. Get something else for around £40 and save yourself the angst. I have since brought out my old Dimplex heater for the house and at 2000w feels like 10000w compared to this thing. Shouldn't be selling this junk!”

“Ordered 4 fuses, got sent 2 fuses and 2 random bits of metal because they didn't have them in stock even though their website said they were. After some email communication, they said they could source them and have them in a few days, ultimately they couldn't and had to get a refund. I only placed the order with them because they said they had them in stock.”
