“Easy ordering online, pleasant and helpful on phone, and efficient delivery. Only very minor delay caused by ordering 30 when only 29 in stock….but even then they offered to ‘part ship’ if necessary so that we could get on with work. Excellent”

“Have been using Shop4 Electrical for several years now and they have always been excellent. Recently have had more need to contact customer services, and Nick has been excellent. Couriers have been the only issue but that's the same for every company”

“Ordered some old MK Sentry MCB blanking plates. Hard to find new ‘old stock’ so pleased you had them. However, the photo showed a double position blank, while the description said it was a single blank. MK produce these as doubles which can then be snapped to make two singles if required. I needed 4 positions covered, so ordered 4 as worst case. Four singles arrived quickly. The postage was extortionate and the total cost for four bits of plastic was nearly £16. I felt fleeced.”

“The order itself is fine. However, next day delivery (specifically required for a job) was not, as FedEx, once again, messed up the delivery by sending half of it to the wrong depot (Luton instead of Leicester): so, delivery took an extra day, and so the job for which the cable was required has had to be delayed.”

“I used Shop 4Electrical because it had an item in stock (a Which Best Buy smoke detector) which was not the case with other websites I had tried, eg Amazon. Having had the order accepted, I was a bit annoyed to get an (apologetic) email saying because of supply problems the item would not be available for three weeks. I was therefore very pleased to receive the item after less than one week. A good example of managing expectations and then exceeding them. Well done.”

“Very fast delivery, sadly the tubes ordered were both broken. I agreed to a refund on basis that it would probably happen again. The refund was promptly dealt with.”
