“Generally, the products are of good value and speedy delivery. but the thing that I am not happy about is that I ordered 20mm conduit boxes that did not come with the lids and screws. All other companies sell this as a complete unit. 40 years in the trade, and first to come across this. The advertisment is not clear that the lids and screws need to be purchased separately. I will need to order again to finish off the job.”

“Bit of a hiccup initially as it turned out they didn't have the item in stock at their holding warehouse as initially informed. Good and pleasant communication though and prompt dispatch and delivery once it arrived from manufacturer.”
