“Paid for expedited shipping from what I thought would be their US warehouse. Two weeks and nothing received. Misled by site stating that warehouses in both US and UK. Upon ordering was told there is no longer a US warehouse and "we should probably take that down." I think ive been had.”

“Every time I have purchased I have had issues. I paid for 5-7 day tracking, it’s currently been 14 days and my tracking doesn’t exist on royal mail website.”
