“The fire which was sent direct from the supplier but had the wrong fascia, but the guys at Direct fireplaces was able to get the correct front from the the supplier in no time at all!!”

“Item I ordered was the cheapest modern looking fireplace I could find. Unfortunately there was an issue with the dimensions at the rear which meant I had to chop out the fireback but Nick from your customer service team was very prompt at dealing with my enquiries. I hope you now press the manufacturer to adjust the published dimensions. Delivery was very quick and now it is installed looks good.”

“Very impressed with the service from the help in the shop, the ordering system online, having to change the agreed delivery day and then it arrived as planned . I would most definitely go back, but fires are not very often repeat purchases. I would recommend them.”

“No problems with Direct Fireplaces: they did what they said they would do and delivered fairly promptly. The only issue is with product information, specifically remote control operation, and instructions that were written in poorly translated English.”

“A little delay in delivery but we’ll worth it . Delivered in strong packing case and no damage . Fitted it myself but didn’t use the fire that came with it . Worth noting that the fire is too deep for the recess if the fire place is put against a flat wall”
