“First class service from first contact through to installation. Mike gave us plenty of information and time to make our choice, without pressure . The installation was carried out by Andre and Yannis and was done quickly and efficiently. We would thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Hello we are very happy with the fire, are handyman found it easy to fit. The delivery man was very helpful and waited patiently while we unpacked fire and checked it over. i would't hestite to recommend you to many of my friends considering getting new fire.”

“From visiting your Bromsgrove showroom i was helpfully assisted by Annette, as my wife and i chose our replacement fire . It was quickly despatched to us and the purchase prices was excellent . “Only used once to check in this heat, but warmed quickly and held the warmth. Looks good. The lady who served us was very efficient and speeded up the delivery date, as our gas man was only avail on a certain date. She knew her product range. Thanks.”

“I was nervous ordering an electric fire online, but it was so easy. I am absolutely delighted with my fireplace. The delivery was fast. It was easy to put into place and the result is fantastic.
