“Quality products and easy to purchase through your web site. Customer service was excellent. All calls and questions were answered promptly. Delivery was right on time as scheduled with assistance provided to bring the items in the house. Only problem is the amount of crytsals and logs for the fire were unsufficient to get the advertised effect. Some logs were slivers and some were large squares. Had to make an additional purchase. Thank you for your service and superb fire surround and inset.”

“First class service from first contact through to installation. Mike gave us plenty of information and time to make our choice, without pressure . The installation was carried out by Andre and Yannis and was done quickly and efficiently. We would thoroughly recommend this company.”
