“Received my order and I'm happy with the print quality, I just wish I hadn't accepted the 'recommended' paper weight. It's way too flimsy. I will reorder from them, because I was happy with everything else.”

“Had some issues with my order which were mostly resolved to my satisfaction. Quality and turnaround is good. One bug bear is I got a 'personal thank you' email after I ordered from the Managing Director which was nothing of the sort. I was just an automated klavio email from the customer service mailbox. This sort of fake sincerity is a fail for me.”

“Really disappointed with the most recent order. Sent the exact same image as before, ordered the exact same size labels and they turned out different. Seem squashed with loads of space either end. Might be going elsewhere next time.”

“The stickers look ok but the paper is quite thin so don't look great on glass if the sticker colour is white as the paper can be a bit transparent. The website would be more customer-friendly if you could view what your image will look like on the stickers before purchasing. In the first batch, I ordered 250 but the writing was too small when they arrived so I couldn't use them (this is where the option to view before purchasing would help) and the second batch was ok just paper quality doesn't look great on glass. Not a bad company super fast shipment and packaged well. Just a few more tweaks to their Website that would help customers before purchasing to not waste products.”

Hi Lisa, I hope you are well and Happy New Year! We are sorry to hear you were not 100% happy with your order. Unfortunately, we don't check artwork unless specifically asked to at time of ordering. You can request this by choosing the option to email your artwork across and requesting it in the email instead of uploading. As the site is fully automated and your artwork goes straight into a print queue as soon as it comes in so unless specifically asked, we do not check specific jobs as we have 500 - 1000 coming through here every day. If you would like to increase the size of the text on your label and re-supply it, I would love to be able to reprint if for you free of charge. I look forward to hearing any feedback. Hi, Thanks for the three star review. I have investigated this and can see you chose our free delivery option for delivery on 7th July, this order was delivered and signed for on the 7th at 10:49am. “The printing, price and service were very good. The paper weight was significantly thinner than I'd expected. There were only 2 weights available, 100 & 200 g. I selected the heavier option.”

“Firstly it was very easy and quick to purchase my request from Digital Printing, and delivery and packaging was excellent. However, I was very disappointed in the colour of the print I ordered, it was far less vibrant in colour than the file I sent over. This may have been due to the type of file I sent over, or it may have been down to something on Digital Printing side - I don't know. I would like to know the answer to this, as if this problem can be overcome I would be delighted to purchase from Digital Print going forward. Happy to talk further about this to identify what went wrong if Digital Print wish.”

Hi, Thank you for leaving us the review. It was lovely speaking with you about this order. As discussed, your artwork was supplied as RGB and not CMYK as we request when placing the order. Here is some information on the difference between RGB and CMYK https://www.digitalprintingireland.ie/support/designing-for-digital-print/ Due to the artwork being supplied incorrectly it has made the colours look washed out. If you resend me your amended artwork correctly in CMYK I am happy to sort this out for you as I want you to be happy with what you have ordered. “I ordered compliment slips and the product received was not what I expected. On other websites, I have been able to see the layout with the uploaded image before ordering. I think this is very useful. The quality was good.”

We do provide an extensive checklist for the artwork which is shown before and during the order process to ensure that customers are aware of how to set up the artwork correctly. We provide templates to help with designing your artwork. As we are a direct to print website we print directly from your uploaded artwork. Hello Thank you for you order and for this review. I am sad to see that you have left us a negative review though based purely on the delivery by the courier. As you know we did print and dispatch your order on time. Unfortunately the courier has had a delay due to the increase in demand for their service over the Christmas period, on top of the ongoing difficulties caused by COVID 19. Unfortunately this is not something that we at Digital Printing have any control over. We do make it clear on our site that deliveries are estimated and also have a banner popping up during December to advise that couriers are experiencing delays, all shown before an order is spec'd and placed with us. “The service of getting the cards out to me I could not fault that was very good. And the quality of them was good too. I was very disappointed I could not use my RGB based artwork properly. And now can not with an entire printing industry. Very annoying. But what I did get although a lot darker than anticipated I have decided to use. So it was good in the end. Thanks”

I can see the only issue was that you supplied us with RGB artwork instead of CMYK which as you mention is the requirement for printing and not our fault. The size of the actual product is 19mm and it is advertised at 19mm in size. If you had got in touch with us beforehand we would have been happy to confirm the size with you of 19mm. “There was unfortunately an issue with the delivery company so the order was lost in the post, and a reprint would not be received on time for my deadline. The stickers had been produced as ordered, at a cost to Digital Printing, but they immediately refunded my money in full and were very apologetic. I would order from them again as they had excellent customer service and the issue was not their fault.”

As we offer an upload to print service we ask for print ready artwork to be supplied and do not offer pdf proofs as standard. These can be requested however if during your order you send us your artwork via email/WeTransfer. In your email/WeTransfer you can add to the pre-populated information and request a pdf proof for approval. Please note, requesting a proof may affect your estimated delivery date.
