“The quality is great. I was sent the wrong order unfortunately and it was for a deadline but I was refunded the express delivery charge and the correct order was sent to the venue of the event I needed it for so the mix up was dealt with well.”

“Website easy to use & order. Quick delivery , quick response to any queries I had. A bit disappointed with some small markings on the pop up banners ordered, which is a pity, but a good price for the quality of the stands. Print quality of business cards & postcards great. Will order from again.”

You asked us how to order roll up banners and we kindly advised on the design guidelines and turnaround times. Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave us this review it is much appreciated. I have checked your tracking and can see it was unable to be delivered on the estimated delivery date. It was however delivered the following day. I apologise that Parcel Force let you and I down on this occasion. Unfortunately all delivery dates are estimated, however our courier has an on time delivery of 97%. With regards to the fading of the stickers I have tried to call you as you only received them a few days ago. “If you are looking for the easiest way to display your products, my feedback would be that the website was not 100% easy to navigate with regards to the rollup banners. I think the default "gold" option should be removed, and only the individual choices of Gold 800/ Gold 1000/ Gold 1200 should be available. Alternatively, when you click on the generic Gold option, instead of the default 800, offer the 3 options there. Why have the Gold description go to 800, and then a separate place for the 3 options? Thank you.”

“I liked everything, was impressed the requirements were not to picky for the file resolution and size etc. I was pleased with the end product and appreciated the bonus stickers. One thing I would need if I was to order again is a Matt option finish. The gloss doesn't suit my brown paper bags. kind regards Siobhan”

“I order some business cards and got them very quickly which was good and effecient, the website is really good and easy to use. There were some issues with the cutting but you re print them and they're perfect now. The costumer services is quick and responsive to your queries. I'm very pleased with the service and quality of the product”

Hi Carla, Thank you for taking the time to leave us the review and the feedback. Thank you for speaking to us, we had not received any emails due to the size of the attachments. Im sorry you are unhappy with the order you have received. Due to the artwork not being supplied correctly the crop marks are shown on your product. We have now received your corrected artwork and have got a reprint of this order on for you. For future orders please ensure you have the crop marks set up outside your trim area to avoid them being seen on the finished product. Please get in touch with us if you have any issues in future and we will them sorted.

“Well my printing was excellent once delivered. But it was delayed once due to a technical issue. Which is fine. But it was a further 3 days late. With no communication as to why. But all in all reasonably happy with service”

The tracking shows you signed for it on the 19th, one day later due to an incorrect postcode being entered at the time of you ordering. We do send you an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. This email gives you full tracking information for you to keep an eye on. “After 6 months of hard work designing a publication I was given less than a week to get a print run of 500 copies. Digital Printing Ireland turned it around in a couple of days without even blinking. I had a minor issue with 2 proofs over the previous weeks but I had addressed these with the team and they watched over the final print run which was produced flawlessly. This was a lot of pressure for me as the project would be seen by thousands of potential clients. If I were to dig for any criticism it would be to say I would prefer the customer service email goes to a specific person rather than a group as I like to know who I'm dealing with, but I'm really scraping the barrel with that one. Overall the service, turnaround time, value for money and especially the quality are well worth giving DPI a try, I highly recommend them and plan to be a long term customer myself.”

“excellent service & print quality with fast delivery. Just one point docked because every time I used the website to order the checkout process has a number of bugs which made it difficult to place the order. Would definitely order again though because I feel this company is the best value for money v. quality and speed of delivery.”
