“We had a great experience with DigitalPrintingIreland. The banner was printed quickly and delivered right on time. My only issue was not being able to pay with a Canadian credit card/billing address. Hopefully this will be addressed in the future as I don't think it's uncommon for international companies to need something printed for an event in Ireland or the UK.”

“For typical customers the service is good, for what it is. Fast, dependable and the type of quality you'd expect from digital printing services. They could improve. It amazes me how few printing services provide colour profiles and information about their final colour space. 90% of customers won't even know what these are, but the types of customers that do know would be the kind that will keep coming back and spending money. A simple paragraph or two about their output and profiles that could be downloaded for each paper type. Not difficult, but would make a huge difference to getting a client's colour palette just right. Add that feature and next time I'll give you 5 stars. :-)”

“Great turnover time, arrived well-protected. Very satisfied with booklet quality, but small number of business cards had a slight white trim that was not in the design. Overall very pleased.”

“Competitively priced and delivered on time. However, I would have preferred to have seen an on screen example of how the flyer would have looked. I had to message customer service and ensure that the two image I uploaded would be printed front and back.”

As we offer an upload to print service we ask for print ready artwork to be supplied and do not offer pdf proofs as standard. These can be requested however if during your order you send us your artwork via email/WeTransfer. In your email/WeTransfer you can add to the pre-populated information and request a pdf proof for approval. Please note, requesting a proof may affect your estimated delivery date. “The order was very simple and easy to make and came in the post very quickly. However we did not receive enough envelopes for the thank you cards, I emailed customer service but I haven't had a response. This is my only complaint everything else was perfect. And I would use DigitalprintingIreland again.”

“The quality of the product was perfect, the price was reasonable and the website ordering mechanism was simple and efficient. The only reason you lost a star was because DPD messed up delivery and we had to go and collect our order from their depot. We will definitely use you again in the future, ideally with a different courier.”

“Dear customer service In the main I found the experience of ordering very good. Well done on that. Just two things. There was no opportunity in the ordering process to state that I wanted to put a logo on the reverse of the greeting cards. Not sure how your designers assume I wanted this. Also, after putting through and finalizing my second order and having paid and all I still received emails about not having saved the quote?? Not sure what that is about. Another small thing is that would like to have ordered greeting cards the same size as a standard 5x7” photo. That was not an option. Hope this feedback is helpful. I can see myself using your service into the future again. Well done. Kind regards Eleanor”

Therefore if you would like a logo added, this needs to be included in your artwork. We currently only offer the sizes shown on our site however I will escalate this feedback to our management team. “Good quality & value, speedy delivery. However I would like to have stickers cut individually, had to do this myself & ruined a bunch of them as the space between stickers is so small.”
