“Took a lot long than I expected for my tapes to be converted and returned - about 3-4 weeks - but overall the experience was a pleasant one.”

“Excellent service, it's just what I needed as all my old camcorder tapes were just collecting dust as my old camcorders were no longer working. Courier collection service was also excellent. Not given 5 stars as the whole process took longer than I envisaged but overall very happy.”

“It was lovely to see the old home movies that my dad had made. Would have been 5 stars if they hadn't converted a tape that was just a whole episode of 'Cold Feet'. Not sure why my dad would have recorded it in the first place. Just seemed such a waste of time.”

“Converted VHS to DVD. The DVD was not brilliant quality, but I’m guessing they probably did their best with it. It was a 21 yr old VHS tape. DVD arrived by recorded delivery.”

“Everything went as planned. I was hoping that it wouldn't have cost as much as it did. If i had a full spool then the price would have been ok, but there was only about 5mins of movie film on there, and i still had to pay full price. the quality of the film wasn't that good. I have many more spools which i won't be having done.”

“Excellent turnaround on my to 8mm reels. I hoped to receive them to celebrate a special occasion many years and hadn’t allowed much time for DC but, in the event, the copies arrived extremely quickly. I haven’t yet viewed the memory stick version or the DVD but the digital downloads were good. The only downside was the packaging was poor and had burst open at each end, lucky to have not lost the memory stick. otherwise I was pleased with the service and would use again.”

“Good service. I sent a digital 60 min tape for conversion. The returned MP4 was only 14 mins long. I queried it and returned it. Next time I received the full tape content. Happy with their response.”
