Hi Ashleigh, I can see this was brought to our attention on 23rd July via an email from you. As soon as this was brought to our attention we contacted Hermes and asked them to investigate this which can take 24-48 hours and we can't do anything until they get back to us. A new parcel was sent out to you on Thursday 25th July (the day you placed this review) and it was received by Monday 29th July. I understand your frustration however this parcel was a loss by Hermes therefore all we can do is apologise on their behalf. As soon as this was brought to our attention it was dealt with in a timely manner. Kind Regards, Rebecca
