“Prices are moderate customer service great. I have an issue with the delivery. first consignment was delivered to my neighbour which I did not authorised it second consignment was dropped in my door which is facing the street which is visible for theft and rain. Luckily my partner came home early that day.”

“Although the item was not suitable for my needs, the ordering process was very easy to navigate, the delivery was very quick and the returns process and customer service was very friendly and helpful. Calls and by email were responsive and I am happy to shop here again.”

“I purchased a tea cosy and two tea towels, the tea cosy is very thin rather disappointed was expecting a thicker product. Tea towels have lovely colours. Delivery good.”

“Good quality products, fast service. Only gripe was the polystyrene packing chips, cardboard or paper please!”

Hi Sue, We are extremely happy that you're happy with the quality of the product as well as the fast delivery, we apologise if we have misinformed you however our packing peanuts are not polystyrene but are bio-degradable and compostable and are made from sustainable, GM-free starch. You can dispose of them by emptying them into a sink or bath and dissolve them by running water over them. The starch they are made from is not harmful to pipes and should wash away easily. Any residue left is not harmful to the environment. We hope this helps and apologise for not informing you of this, thank you for choosing Dexam and we hope to see you again very soon! “First time I've used this UK company. My order arrived in a few days as promised & easy to track. Great quality mixing bowls, unusual do-it-yourself glass trivet - might have to order again 'cos I'm keeping this for myself😊 & a few gadgets: good value items is not seen before. All arrived in a sturdy box with eco packing chips. Well done Dexam see you soon”

“Very quick to respond to my questions about a product before I bought it, and once I bought my item, it was despatched the next working day (Monday, when I ordered on Saturday evening). Once despatched, for which I received a notification by email, it arrived quickly. The item was as described, though it was perhaps a little expensive, especially when delivery was taken into account. Generally very good, though. The item is a Christmas present for someone else, so has not yet been tested, but it does seem very sturdy and good quality.”
