“Excellent service with goods extremely well packaged and promptly delivered in time for Christmas. Probably worthy of a 5-star rating but I've stuck with a 4 because, strangely, I could have sourced the same goods more cheaply from a 3rd party outlet. However, they couldn't guarantee Christmas delivery, so maybe that was reflected in the price.”

“I love Dexam the quality is great but I am gutted that you closed your outlet store in Midhurst I went there so often and bought some lovely equipment and gifts from that store when I couldn’t afford to fork out for the main online sales.”

“Good delivery time and the product was exactly as expected. I would use them again. However, not so keen to have so many marketing emails to follow. A review is one thing but I have ceased trading with plenty of firms because they drain my battery!”

“I was glad to receive the teapot, well packaged and just what I wanted. I was not so pleased that a) my name was wrong on the label (no surname) so it might have gone astray, and b) I wish I had known it was to be posted; we were out when it arrived and we had to wait all the Bank Holiday weekend before collecting it. If I had known roughly when to expect it I could have stayed in, or asked for it to be delivered to a neighbour.”

We will be reviewing our delivery process and will look into why the surname was missing from your delivery note, an automated document created through our system. At Dexam we work hard to offer the highest standard of service at all times and to achieve this we offer same day processing on most orders on our website. Customers can expect to receive notice of delivery at 6pm the same day that their item has been dispatched. On this occasion it appears that notice was not sent or received and again we will look into this to prevent this fault from occurring again in the future. “Good and fast service, but I am a bit disappointed with items out of stock and I am buying them from Amazon. The buttermilk milk pan and the small milk red 100ml not in stock.”

Sometimes, items do go out of stock on our website and you can choose to be notified when these come back online. This is a feature that a lot of our customers use. “The hedgehog print on the pot holders is great and they work well. Delivery was prompt. My only comment is that only one side of the glove pocket is padded, so you can at first easily go to pick up something hot with only a sheet of material between the heat and your fingers. You only do it once! if I were designing these, I'd either pad both sides of the glove pocket, or put plain material on the unpadded side. Having said that, we are very happy with them, but only 4 stars for the above reason.”
