“Ou Chichester servng dish set has now entered it's 50th year and performs and looks as good now as it did when purchased. The design is timeless and and it looks as modern now as it 50 years ago!!”

“Excellent service from Dexam and they gave me experienced advice prior to ordering. The Forest and Forge knives are things of beauty and superb quality - they deserve to be world famous. The wooden handles have a great tactile feel which makes the knives better to handle than any plastic. The Spalted Beech-handled Bread knife and the Bog Oak-handled Cook's knife are particularly beautiful and make me smile whenever I use them! I also bought a Chasseur casserole and several other items, which are all very good. Some of my items were special order and Dexam kept me informed on progress. Delivery was prompt and at the day/time predicted. This is where I'll be shopping for future cookware needs.”

“We had a Chef'n salad spinner which we were really happy with but unfortunately it broke a year or two after purchasing it from a local retailer. We contacted Dexam in the hope that they might be able to supply a replacement part but, instead they replaced the whole unit immediately and without charge. The service from the company, and specifically, customer service couldn't have been better.”
