Confusing. The knife sharpener was delivered quickly but the customer service appears to be non-existant and the account software seems to have problems. Having ordered, I did not receive an acknowledgment email. From my side this looks like sending an order into a black hole. I sent an email to customer services which has not had a reply 8 days later. I then found that my password manager had not recorded my password for the account and asked for a password reset. I didn't get an emailed link and apparently no account existed for that email address. I then tried to re-register under the same address to be told that there was already an account under that address. I then gave up. Not impressed.

Have used the Spiralizer once and quite pleased wilh the result which will improve with use. A beautifully made piece of equipment.

I found the product that o bought not very easy to use I have just put it away I. A cupboard it was a waste of my money.

Product great, delivery wasn't. Next day delivery missed and sent by Royal snail mail which took 4 days. In fairness the company offered to refund the premium postage.

I bought these for a friend so he could get the 10% discount for first time buyers. Why you don't offer repeat buyers 15% off is inexplicable. Its the sort of customer service that one expects with bank offers. Communication was great and delivery prompt. There is no unsubscribe button on your junk email so you lost 2 stars.

Great product but poor service. The cut off for Christmas delivery was 10 am Monday and I had placed my order the Friday before. I paid for express delivery, £7. However at 11 am Monday I was told that due to a lack of age verification the knife would be delayed. I had received no request or instructions on how to provide the age verification despite receiving other emails from them, I suspect that they missed the delivery and were making up excuses. When they finally dispatched the knife they sent it via standard delivery prolonging the delay. Overall it was 6 days late and missed Christmas. Such a shame as when it arrived it was beautiful and I appreciated the bio-degradable packaging. I would not recommend buying directly from Dexam.

Dear William. Thank you for your considered review. We're glad you love the knife, but not happy that our service didn't measure up to your expectations. We have looked into your case, and seen that you ordered the knife on the Friday evening, and we should have told you immediately on Monday morning about the delays that would be caused by age verification. To be honest, we are still getting used to the new legislation on this, and we know we need to be slicker. I would have marked higher if, when I was placing my order, I hadn’t clicked on a 10% discount button on 2 separate occasions but Dexam did NOT send a code to my e-mail address so I ended up ordering with no discount at all. I am pleased with the items I received, but not with a website that offers a discount but does not give it!

Polite staff, but disappointing delay (2 weeks) for staff to find out if Carving Knife would be available ! Then very disappointing delay in delivery completely owing to the choice of UPS as courier --- I was required to sign for delivery and had to stay home 4 days waiting for UPS as they repeatedly MISinformed me that delivery was in progress. Do Check UPS reviews to see how 92% of 3,000+ reviews are 'Bad'. Amazing! Be warned.

I am very happy with the products but very disappointed with the fact that I had to pay an additional £3.00 to Royal Mail so that it could actually be delivered 🤔

The ordering process was simple and straightforward. Considering I ordered just after Christmas the delivery was very quick. Thank you very much for a very useful cosy for my cafetiere.

Good prompt service however, the rectangular griddle pan ordered was sold as induction suitable but unfortunately the bottom surface is dished and only makes contact with the hob in a very small area at each end. This is totally unsuitable for an induction hob and had to be returned.

Our parcel arrived in good time and beautifully packed. One small thing: we gaily threw away all the ‘polystyrene’ beads in the dustbin only to discover when we reached the bottom of the box that they were soluble in water. So I had to fish them out of the wheelie. A note on the top of the parcel would have prevented this. Well done for going for soluble packaging though!

Arrived very promptly, was pleased with the quality and size of the properly. My only criticism is I was expecting a pair of the aga toppers but only one came in the order so had to order another one.
