I brought pan after cooking when it's dry it's all gone rusty,instead of helping with the healthy lifestyle it's so dangerous to use it I suggest everyone plz think twice to buy these pan

This wok was purchased after a lot of instore discussion. However despite being careful, it still has ended up like this. It had a lifetime guarantee so I am hoping I can get it replaced. The handles etc are still in big condition but as specified they have never been submerged under water.

Chef’s Choice Trizor XV EdgeSelect Sharpener Platinum ordered on 8th May, no updates from UPD/DPD or some reputable courier who will give me an email with tracking I could use. Then order status shows as completely on the account on their website. Emailed customer support who said that the courier(can't even name it or provide tracking on replying to an upset customer who is upset that they did not receive their product) delivered it at 12.00 to LIM. I am just appalled cos I was in and there was no phone call and it was apparently delivered specifically at noon to a person who is addressed as LIM(dodgy eh cos since when do people make a delivery specifically at noon) when my first name is Joshua and when I received signed for deliveries myself I always made sure they put it down as Joshua(first name) and the Lim(Last name) Email then makes it entirely my responsibility to find my own parcel that I DID NOT SIGN FOR and not a word of them even mildly apologetic or empathetic in the reply email(and no I don't consider kind regards to be kind words). 10% discount for 1st customers was why I chose them over Hart of Surt and I now regret it.

I purchased a 5L mixing bowl from John Lewis yesterday and could not remove the l’able from the bottom of the bowl because of the glow used despite using all possible ways

Dear Ibrahim, Thank you for your comment. This is not a problem we have encountered before and it's a product where we have sold thousands. Maybe it is a small batch issue. Please soak in warm soapy water for ten minutes, and then take a non- metallic scouring pad to it. If that doesn't work, I would use an alcohol like lighter fluid. of course, we will replace it via John Lewis if it is still stuck. Meanwhile, we will ask the supplier to ensure that this is not an ongoing issue. Thanks again. Kind regards. Pete

We ordered a knife sharpener from Dexam in Decemeber. Hadn't received it by March. No response when we emailed customer service. Had to get a refund through Paypal. Avoid at all costs

This item is useless. I adjusted the time to suit the 1000 power setting, following the instructions, but the eggs were just about cooked, any longer and they became hard It is impossible to remove the water remaining after cooking. I will go back to my old system which gives reliably cooked and hot eggs.

I have still not received my order that I placed on 7 December. On 8 December a despatch email was sent but with no tracking information. After almost 2 weeks. Very poor service .

I bought this Dexam professional carbon steel wok from Tkmaxx. I thought it was a good product as it looked strong and heavy and to my disappointment see attached, what it turned out to be after one use. This wok cannot be used at all now. Very disappointed.

This was a gift for a friend whose used this type of bean slicer for years and needed a new one. It doesn’t work! It will not slice the bean at all whichever way she’s tried to use it! Very disappointing as it was meant as a Thankyou gift. Please advise how you can rectify this problem

Sorry to hear your friend has received a faulty bean slicer. I believe our Customer Services Manager has recently been in contact with you and has arranged a replacement to be sent directly to your friend’s address. Unfortunately the bean slicers that I ordered were too blunt to do the job and not one of the beans out of the packet I'd bought could be sliced. I'm sending them back with the help of Donna, the excellent member of your staff who answered my call of complaint.

I ordered a baking tray as advertised on the Dexam website, with dimensions 30cm x 22cm. The product which arrived was the wrong size, at 27cm x 21cm, although the invoice stated my required dimensions. Customer Services responded promptly but advised they did not do a baking tray 30cm x 22cm. It is misleading to offer something for sale which cannot be supplied.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your experience. The product you ordered, as our Customer service Manager told you, has outer dimensions of 30 x 22cm and inner dimensions of 27 x 21 cm, both of which are clearly stated on the site. Whilst we are very sorry that this product was not suitable for your baking, we also have to say that we would never list a product on our site that cannot be supplied. I still have not received my order. I realise it is the courier that maybe at fault, but you have chosen to use them. On reflection l don't believe I will ever see my order.

I was looking for a small pan something to maybe heat milk up in nothing else when I received my Dexam pan it wouldn't of looked out of place in a dolls house. Customer service didn't bother answering when I raised this concern so they can read it on this review. Disappointed & a waste of money.

I brought pan soon as I started heating it made noise bang I found it cracked the pan was rubbish.

My experience with dexam was fine and my Spiralizer arrived on time. Unfortunately the Spiralizer is probably the worst gadget I have purchased. Unless carrots are big and fat small pieces of carrot go all over the place. Most of it ended up on the floor. Other than courgettes and cucumbers I can’t think of any other vegetable I can use this for. I’m afraid it will be swiftly offloaded at the next car boot sale.

The cream vintage coffee pot ordered arrived damaged inside and out with a poorly fitting lid, very disappointed that it was not checked properly before being despatched
