“Just 1 let down in the hamper, and in my opinion it should be the show piece, and that was the scones (very very basic) Highlight was the jam, fantastic.”

“Was a bit disappointed with my hamper, had them before , scones weren’t very nice but I’m sure that’s not usual , they were very claggy and hard , still ate them with plenty of ham and cream”

“My review is coloured by the fact the cream tea arrived a day late for my 70th Birthday - a big disappointment, although I realise it was not your direct fault. Jam excellent. Scones - no dried fruit which again disappointed me. Would not order again for self or gift.”

“I ordered your £25 trufflecream tea for my friend's, but since learned that there were no truffles included. The scones cream and jam were lovely but unfortunately there were no truffles. Have tried to contact your e-mail but without success. Barbara Jeffers”

“Disappointed that the hamper arrived a day later than expected, so was unsure of using the cream that was inlcuded. The fruit scones were very good but the plain ones not so fresh. However, the cakes were delicious.”

“I ordered the proseccu hamper ..very happy with it as usual .. .. delivery was the problem so not your fault ... sent a few emails to delivery company but no real answer to why I received it a day late which ruined a birthday..”

“I was very disappointed to receive my hamper a day later than arranged which was on a Saturday and not Friday. As a consequence I wasn't able to use the hamper goods as I originally wanted to. I was also unhappy that the scones were not as fresh and I do not know where they were stored for that extra night. The cream was still ok but initially I was concerned about that too.”

“Very disappointed with the delivery. It didn't arrive on ordered date and had to be reordered a week later. Not Devon Heavens fault but disappointing nonetheless .Howeverthe food was very much appreciated eventually.”

“Great product when finally arrived. Package arrived 3 days late so no longer fresh. Told to keep long life product and new fresh products finally arrived 4 days later. Not quite the desired treat. Requested partial refund and told no as resent fresh goods, which is what I paid for?”

“Unfortunately the box was left with a neighbour and so the cream had turned, maybe I suggest that a sticker or stamp on the box saying perishable goods, refrigeration required. Thx”

“The gluten free cream tea was due to be delivered on the Wednesday. I had an email on the Tuesday afternoon to say it had been despatched. The cream tea was not delivered on the Wednesday but on the Thursday. My brother asked the delivery driver if the cream had been refrigerated since being dispatched on the Tuesday. His response was a half laugh ( as if to imply don't be silly) & said 'no') I was disappointed as it was intended to cheer up my brother after a recent bereavement. He had to eat it immediately after delivery for fear the cream wouldn’t be the freshest and he said it did taste good which I was very relieved about.”

“Hi we ordered two hampers with a scones and the feedback on both of them was that the scones were dry. Everything else in the hampers was lovely. Disappointed as the ‘main event’ is always the scones.”
