“My Devon cream tea was great, but contained tea from Cornwall and biscuits from Suffolk... so a bit disappointed as a Devon resident”

“All arrived as ordered, except a different brand of nuts had been substituted. A friend bought this as a "thank you" present. Seemed a little expensive for the contents but appreciate packing and carriage on small scale is costly.”

“Our parcel came bang on time, which we appreciated. It was well packed, so that the cream was fresh. We find the scones a little large and a little dry for out taste. That is our only grumble.”

“Goodish but we were disappointed. For a birthday celebration we tested 2 firms offering and were keen to use this one as the boxes looked good coming though the letter box. but were disappointed with the quality of the scones and the cream was pre frozen and then defrosted. This did not meet the standard of the cheaper offering from another company, with fresh cream and better scones.”

“The food is fantastic - and filling. However when placing an order several days before the requested date, one would expect the food to arrive at a sensible time on the due date - sadly this is not the case. We ordered for Friday, expecting to have a Friday cream tea, it's now 17:50 and we've no idea when the tea will arrive as the couriers website isn't live tracking. Very disappointed.”

“I bought some hampers as a treat for my staff. They were basically well received. It was however impossible to contact anybody about my order which was very inconvenient. They arrived own time. I can not vouch for the quality of the produce as I did not try any.”

“The quality was good but I didn’t read the information properly and as this was a Christmas present I’ve had to replace 3 of the 5 cakes as the best before dates were well before the 25th. Perhaps this should be in bolder text!”

“It was my husbands 80th birthday treat but we were rather disappointed with the Devon cream tea! The clotted cream was lovely but the jam and scones were disappointing. It was expensive for what it was!”

“What was supposed to be a surprise was spoilt by Devon Heaven sending a text to recipient advising delivery timeframe. Was so disappointed. Ruined everything.”

Hi. I'm very sorry about the surprise being ruined, the eta text messages are just automatically sent to the mobile number that's provided with the delivery details. For reference in order to not inform the recipients either enter your own number or the recipients landline when ordering. Thank, Sam

“I bought this for a friend who said that the scones were more like a bread roll with raisins in and the cream was crumbly like a cheese so ultimately she said I wasted my money.”

“The product it self was lovely apart from no time slot from DHL. Unfortunately I wasn't at the property (I was waiting for the time update and kept checking). and the parcel was left in the porch. This resulted in the chocolates being a gooey mess. Shame as it was a lovely idea”

“Lovely food and well presented but poor delivery. Ordered a month in advance for my mums 69th birthday, it did arrive on the chosen day (time slot text message sent between 4 and 6pm) but arrived at 8:30pm. Real shame as the delivery from DHL let devon heaven down!”

“Hi I'm struggling to make contact with you . I had a package delivered to my address yesterday . Sadly it not for me . I've tried repeatedly to contact you by emailing but no luck . Pls can you messages me back so I can deliver this parcel to the right person . It's such a shame they haven't had the gift . I took the cream out and put it in the fridge . Hope to hear from you soon and help sort this out .”
