“Cream tea was purchased as a gift for a friend. Unfortuantely DPD failed to deliver the ordered tea and the item was returned to DH, presumably as it was time expired. At no time did I receive any communication from DH or DPD that this had happened, I only knew this was the case because I was checking the tracking information. I emailed DH over the weekend and received a response late on the Monday confirming a replacement tea would be dispatched to be delivered on my day of choice. Fortunately DPD managed to deliver this one. The tea itself was excellent and really appreciated by the recipient, and fortunately they were oblivious to the failure by DPD. For me the experiecne with DPD was very disappointing, as was the lack of proactive communication when the delivery problem arose.”

“I bought a cream tea hamper with some extras as a housewarming present for my brother and sister-in-law recently. I found the website to be easy to use, there was a great variety of items and afte comparing costs and reviews of other companies, Devon Heaven came out tops. I was able to arrange delivery very quickly and they did deliver exactly when they said they would. My brother told me that the hamper was extremely well packaged and the food was absolutely delicious and he was very please with his gift. I obviously haven't tasted the food myself but my brother was very impressed. I think I need to try this first hand though! I am more than happy with the whole process and the hampers make a lovely gift as well as being something a little different and the ordering was very easy to sort out. I would highly recommend Devon Heaven as who doesn't love a cream tea!!”

“Afternoon teas sent to my cousin after an operation. Ordering was easy, delivery on time and recipient was impressed with the overall quality of the produce, particularly the strawberry jam 'packed with lots of small strawberries'. Very pleased with the quality and service.”

“I ordered a cream tea to be sent to my Aunt. It arrived the next day. She was thrilled and said it was delicious. The customer service was excellent, particularly as I'd made an error on the online order. I contacted the company as soon as I realised and they very quickly corrected it. I'd definately use Devon Heaven again.”

“This was the first time that I had ordered from Devon heaven, it was a thank you to some friends who lived in Brighton. They were absolutely thrilled and praised every bit of the cream tea and the packaging of it all.
