“It wasn't announced to me it was delivered at my fault.. Arrived yesterday, cold items no within refrigerator. The other parts were ok, won't use again.”

“Unfortunately the box was left with a neighbour and so the cream had turned, maybe I suggest that a sticker or stamp on the box saying perishable goods, refrigeration required. Thx”

“The gluten free cream tea was due to be delivered on the Wednesday. I had an email on the Tuesday afternoon to say it had been despatched. The cream tea was not delivered on the Wednesday but on the Thursday. My brother asked the delivery driver if the cream had been refrigerated since being dispatched on the Tuesday. His response was a half laugh ( as if to imply don't be silly) & said 'no') I was disappointed as it was intended to cheer up my brother after a recent bereavement. He had to eat it immediately after delivery for fear the cream wouldn’t be the freshest and he said it did taste good which I was very relieved about.”

“Hi we ordered two hampers with a scones and the feedback on both of them was that the scones were dry. Everything else in the hampers was lovely. Disappointed as the ‘main event’ is always the scones.”

“We recently purchased a very nice gift for a friend's birthday everything was lovely we were told. Last week we received a gift box from our son, I'm afraid it was not so nice as the scones were a bit dry, and also the scone mixture was a bit more like bread. There were very few sultanas too in the scones. 2 fruit and 2 plain scones. So that was disappointing as they did ook very nice, I did write to give you some positive criticism about these scones, but did not receive a reply.”

“I have used you 4 times now and always been very happy, sadly the courier service you used for my gift to my Niece for her 40th, left it in a place where it got so wet, she had to throw it all in the bin, as the contents and box were sopping wet :(”

“The food was of good quality, however the packets for two of the sets of scones were split open. A large amount of wood dust from the hamper packaging had gotten inside and all over the scones, too much to clean off 100% so some of the scones were unfortunately not usable - quite disappointing.”

“Although I have never had trouble before, there was a delivery issue this time. The delivery company said they couldn’t find address (although delivered there before), so the hamper was taken back to the depot. It was a surprise for my mums birthday, and she never received it on her birthday. I had to call the company whe refused to discuss because it wasn’t in my name I explained it was a birthday surprise and needed delivering because of the contents (cream). Was told they couldn’t it would be the next day. By the time my mum got it the cream had gone off and was like water. One upset mum and I was left very disappointed.”
