Very disappointed with the 2nd time order as it was delivered 3 days late even though the order was placed 5 days before the requested delivery date.

We paid for it and it never got delivered and we also paid for a Saturday delivery and no one has ever contacted us about not receiving the order.

Dreadful, the scones arrived mouldy and one of my deliveries was altered without my knowledge to the following day. I won't use Devon Heaven again

We pride ourselves in the five star service that we have achieved over the last 7 years. Unfortunately, over the past two weeks we have experienced some unforeseen issues with our delivery courier. This is not the service we aim to provide and have since rectified this by moving to a more reliable and efficient delivery service.

Ordered a large scone hamper for a friend's birthday on 18th May and requested delivery by 24th May. Kept trying to get a delivery update online and 23rd May was the date given, no delivery that day so arranged for my partner to stay at home all day on 24th to avoid missing the delivery. By 3pm still no sign of it so emailed Devon heaven to be told there was an issue with their chosen courier not scanning my parcel, but would investigate further. No delivery on 25th May so emailed them to cancel my order as they had ruined my friend's birthday present and reimburse my money, I next received a reply on 27th May informing me the courier had been instructed to return the parcel to Devon heaven, surprise, surprise the parcel arrived on 28th May, and was left outside my house behind a wheelie bin in the pouring rain, upon opening the sodden box the best before date was showing as 27th May. Needless to say the parcel went straight in the bin, my money was reimbursed but it is the first and last time I ever use Devon heaven

I have sent 2 scone and cream hampers over the last couple of months to my sister-in-law and her husband who is very poorly and they have been delighted with the treat. They are in their eighties, I am not very well at the moment and, as we live 200 miles away, we are unable to meet up. It is great to be able to send them an affordable treat and the service and delivery are first class, thank you Devon Heaven.

Sent my sister a hamper for Christmas it was delivered to the wrong address .told I would get my money back but got a store credit instead they said it was my fault because I didn't check the postcode. Eventually got one delivered mid January never use them again

Was very dissatisfied with my Devon hamper which I purchased on the 22/09/2023 I have made a complaint to your company who went on to offer me 15% off my next order ,unfortunately I will not be ordering again until I can be reassured that the scones are of a far better quality I was a returning customer over many times however the quality was just not the same .

I live in New Zealand and ordered the Cake, Tea and Biscuits hamper to be delivered to my sister in Torquay for her 80th birthday. She was delighted with the hamper and I was very impressed with the professional and efficient ordering and delivery system provided by Devon Heaven. I was kept informed at every stage and was even told the name of the time slot and driver's name on the day of delivery. I would certainly order from Devon Heaven again.

I’d love to review the cream tea but sadly it never arrived. The courier took a picture of the house next to the recipient (even though the correct address had two name plates on gate and house). He didn’t leave the package though. Devon Heaven refused to re-deliver ‘in case the courier got it wrong again’ (!!!) They offered a refund which wasn’t forthcoming so I rang to query it and was told the guy had ‘forgotten’ to do it. Such a shame as this was to be a gift for a dear friend who is currently housebound. The whole thing caused stress to me, her and her neighbour, which Devon Heaven didn’t seem to appreciate. I’m sure the product is lovely but sadly we never got to find out.

Previously ordered this hamper before and was very happy with contents. Unfortunately this time the cream and scones were black when they were opened and item was kept in cool place as instructed. Disappointed.

So very excited to receive the hamper - ordered for a special occasion. Arrived on time. Opened the hamper box - oh dear. As a token gesture a little bit of straw scattered over the top! The box was damaged - ripped in one corner. The immediate wow factor is nothing like the photos on the website. Disappointing to say the least. The two scones were stale and did not look very appertising. Not to be deterred, popped them in the oven to freshen up - very heavy and dense. On a positive, the jam and clotted cream were great. Nice flavour from the tea bags. Overall very disappointing and certainly not worth the money!

I have purchased two separate orders from Devon Heaven. One of them was delivered as expected, however the second order was left on the doorstep of the recipients home in 30C temperatures, as the there was no reply. The contents of this package were totally ruined and when I called Devon Heaven to explain what had happened, the person I spoke with was unapologetic stating it was our responsibility to be in for the delivery. The package was labelled as keep refrigerated and leave with a neighbour if no reply. The level of customer service I have received was appalling to say the least, eventually the person I was speaking with on the phone hung up on me after getting quite agitated. I would suggest whoever runs this company needs to implement better delivery contingency protocols for the occasions when the recipient is not home. My advice to anyone reading this is avoid and look for alternative supplier.

I was very disappointed with delivery. This was a 25th wedding anniversary tea gift box gift to a disabled lady, with the idea of tea at 3.00 with her husband , the the parcel arrived at 7.00 pm . It lost its impact , wouldn’t use you again. Sorry. I did telephone to ask you to change delivery but this didn’t happen. What can you do to make me use your service and recommend you in the future ?

VERY disappointed. Scones were hard. Shortbread was not handmade. Threw away the brownies as they were too sweet and not fresh. The only decent thing was the fruit cake.
