“I have sent Devon Heaven hampers to members of my family and they have all been well received. The latest one was sent to my brother after an operation and he really enjoyed it. The process of ordering the hamper is very easy and it is nice to be able to add items to make a personalised hamper. I was notified all the way through the delivery process and received a photo when the hamper was delivered. I thoroughly recommend this company and will certainly be using it again.”

“I was a new customer with Devon Heaven and was dissapointed to find that my order was left on a back porch on a really hot afternoon by your couriers. When I emailed to say how disappointed I was with this arrangement the response I got was ". I will be sharing this feedback directly with DPD to ensure this doesn't happen again" I don't consider this to be a satisfactory response and I was disappointed since the order involved a pot of cream. I have had no further communication with your company but would value your further comments.”

“This is by far the best cream tea by post available. It arrived promptly and did not diappoint. The scones were fluffy and not over sweet. The jam was excellent quality with strawberries throughout, none of this runny thin read jelly stuff of other postal vendors and there was twice the quantity of delicious cream! A cream tea Devon Heaven should be proud of. Knocks spots off its competitors!!!”
