“As previously notified the cream tea was delivered to the wrong address where the gentleman had already unpacked it and put it away. Managed to get the contents back, but the gift card contained in the box had been thrown away. My cousin said the contents were delicious but for a surprise great gift, it was disappointing when she had to go and hunt for the box elsewhere.”

“Half of the order had to be thrown away because their delivery partner didn't deliver next day. They then lied on the tracking and said the hamper had been delivered to the recipient, but she was hundreds of miles away at work. I had chased Devon Heaven when initially told of the delay by the courier but they were dismissive and although they said they'd review the order again when it was delivered, they never did. A complete waste of money and very embarrassing for me to have to tell a friend to throw away half the hamper as who knows how it was stored by the courier. I have ordered several times from Devon Heaven but never again as they don't care about customer satisfaction even though it is their responsibility to ensure that chilled foods arrive in a state that does not pose a health risk.”

Thank you for your feedback. Our hampers are packed to withstand the shipping buffer and as noted in our FAQ the 24 hour delivery is not guaranteed always. A 24-hour courier delay does not mean the items are spoiled or unsafe. However, we are deeply sorry for the tracking confusion and any breakdown in communication you experienced. We previously reached out to you regarding this issue but have not yet received a reply. So I would request you to please contact us directly with your order details so we can investigate this and resolve it for you.
