“5 stars are not enough! I cannot rate the quality of Devon Heaven hampers , I have used this company on many occasions- after receiving a hamper myself - I was sold ! The customer service is second to none , I received an e mail less than an hour after putting in my last order , this was to remind me to put a message with it , this hamper arrived the very next day to the recipient. I will certainly be using this small family company again .”

“The recipient was so pleased with the contents & couldn't praise everything enough. She said the scones were really lovely, the jam was georgus & the cream was so thick & creamy. This was a Birthday Present for my Mum in Law, just to make a change instead of the usual flowers. Obviously an excellent choice. My Mum in Law also praised the DHL delivery driver, which was good to hear. So well done Devon Heaven I will definitely be ordering from you again.”

“ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. Will never use again. Firstly, overcharged. Ad said £19.95. With 10%off for first orders. Charged £20.95. Secondly, delivered a day late with NO explanation. Thirdly, delivered to completely wrong address, on a farm, parcel left out in all weathers, ON THE FLOOR, open to rats, foxes, and other wildlife. This meant, that when found, it was left to the farm office staff to deliver to the correct address in its bedraggled state, very embarrassing but the lovely recipient didnt want to upset me by telling me they couldnt risk eating it. I was furious, before even knowing it wasnt salvageable. I contacted the company who said they would need a day or two to investigate with the delivery company. I have heard nothing since.”

“My best friend from college, 50 years ago, who I'm still in touch with, bought me a Prosecco Afternoon Tea for two for my 70th birthday. This comprised of 4 large scones, strawberry jam , clotted cream, 2 Devonshire teabags and 2 small bottles of Prosecco. In all reality this was limited but what else could travel from Devon to Staffordshire and arrive perfectly in tact. The advice was to heat the scones and they filled the house with a fabulous aroma. Along with the the tea cream and very tasty jam they made a perfect and filling late lunch. ( We drank the Prosecco as an aperitif in the evening) . It was really good and I have already recommended it to a number of friends. Thank you Devon Heaven.”
